摘要: 社交焦虑者普遍存在情绪识别偏差，这种偏差深刻影响其社会功能与心理健康。本文系统综述了社交焦虑者情绪识别偏差的核心表现，包括对负面情绪的高敏感与高估、对积极情绪的低预期与低敏感，以及在动态、模糊情绪材料上的识别困难。在此基础上，文章深入分析了其背后的认知机制：注意偏向(警觉、固着、回避)、解释偏向以及认知资源分配失衡。随后，探讨了情境因素、个体差异及发展经历等因素的影响。最后，重点阐述了情绪识别偏差的社会意义(如导致社交回避、人际关系受损)。本文旨在为理解社交焦虑者的情绪加工特性提供整合性的理论框架。
Abstract: Individuals with social anxiety commonly exhibit emotion recognition biases, which profoundly impact their social functioning and mental health. This review systematically examines the core manifestations of emotion recognition biases in social anxiety, including heightened sensitivity and overestimation of negative emotions, reduced anticipation and sensitivity to positive emotions, as well as difficulties in recognizing dynamic and ambiguous emotional materials. Furthermore, the article provides an in-depth analysis of the underlying cognitive mechanisms: attentional bias (hypervigilance, maintenance, and avoidance), interpretation bias, and imbalanced allocation of cognitive resources. Subsequently, the review discusses the roles of contextual factors, individual differences, and developmental experiences. Finally, it highlights the social implications of emotion recognition biases (e.g., social avoidance and interpersonal impairment). This article aims to provide an integrative theoretical framework for understanding the characteristics of emotion processing in socially anxious individuals.
