老龄化进程中人口高质量与银发经济高质量协同发展

Coordinated High-Quality Development of the Population and the Silver Economy in the Process of Aging

摘要: 在中国式现代化进程中，我国人口老龄化态势逐渐加深，少子化、高龄化与区域人口分化并存的特征日益凸显。人口高质量发展已逐渐成为支撑中国式现代化的核心基石，银发经济能够积极应对人口老龄化，培育经济发展新动能。本文基于“两种生产”理论、积极老龄化等思想，构建分析框架。研究发现：人口高质量为银发经济提供需求与人力资本支撑，银发经济高质量则通过服务创新、技术赋能等反哺人口健康与素质提升，二者双向赋能，共同促进中国式现代化。分析了人口高质量与银发经济高质量协同发展的路径，为统筹人口与经济发展、积极应对人口老龄化提供理论参考。

Abstract: In the process of Chinese-style modernization, China’s population aging trend is gradually intensifying, with the coexisting characteristics of low fertility, advanced aging and regional population differentiation becoming increasingly prominent. High-quality population development has gradually become the core cornerstone supporting Chinese-style modernization, while the silver economy can actively respond to population aging and cultivate new drivers of economic development. Based on the theory of “two kinds of production”, the concept of active aging and other relevant theories, this paper constructs an analytical framework. The study finds that high-quality population provides demand and human capital support for the silver economy, while high-quality silver economy, through service innovation and technological empowerment, reciprocally enhances population health and quality improvement. The two empower each other and jointly promote Chinese-style modernization. It analyzes the paths for the coordinated development of a high-quality population and a high-quality silver economy, providing a theoretical reference for integrating population and economic development and actively responding to population aging.
