摘要: 为了从10个桉树无性系(EC144、EC315、EC150、DH32-26、DH299-5、DH32-43、DH32-13、DH32-29、Rut4533、卢桉1号)中筛选出既速生丰产又比较抗病的优良品种应用生产实践,项目于2024~2025年采用标准地对比法在广西东北部对这些无性系开展适生性、丰产性和抗病性的综合测试。研究结果如下:5个无性系(DH32-43、EC144、DH32-29、卢桉1号、DH32-13)造林保存率较高;4个无性系(卢桉1号、DH32-13、DH32-26、DH32-43)速生性较好;8个无性系(EC150、Rut4533、EC144、DH32-13、DH32-43、EC315、DH32-26、卢桉1号)叶片感病率较低。综合评价结果如下:5个无性系(DH32-43、DH32-13、EC144、卢桉1号、Rut4533)综合表现优良;3个无性系(EC150, DH32-26, DH32-29)综合表现中等;2个无性系(EC315, DH299-5)综合表现较差。建议对综合表现优良及中等的无性系进一步扩大试验,综合表现较差的无性系暂停试验。
Abstract: In order to select fast-growing, high-yielding, and disease-resistant eucalyptus clones from 10 eucalyptus clones (EC144, EC315, EC150, DH32-26, DH299-5, DH32-43, DH32-13, DH32-29, Rut4533, Luan1#) for production applications, the researches were conducted on adaptability, high yield, and disease-resistance of the 10 clones using the standard comparison method in northeastern Guangxi from 2024 to 2025. The results were as follows: the preservation rate of 5 clones (DH32-43, EC144, DH32-29, Luan1#, DH32-13) was relatively high; the growth rate of 4 clones (Luan1#, DH32-13, H32-26, DH32-43) was relatively high; the susceptibility rate of 8 clones (EC150, Rut4533, EC144, DH32-13, DH32-43, EC315, DH32-26, Luan1#) was relatively low. Comprehensive performance evaluation results were as follows: 5 clones (DH32-43, DH32-13, EC144, Luan1#, Rut4533) were excellent; 3 clones (EC150, DH32-26, DH32-29) were moderate. 2 clones (EC315, DH299-5) showed poor overall performance. It is recommended to further expand trials for varieties with excellent and moderate performance, while suspending trials for poorly performing varieties.
