产教融合背景下校企协同电动车用防水边箱设计研究
Research on the Collaborative Design of Waterproof Side Boxes for Electric Vehicles between Schools and Enterprises in the Context of Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 在产教融合政策深化与骑行装备产业升级的双重背景下,高校设计教育与企业产品研发、市场需求脱节的问题日益突出。文章以校企协同为核心,依托教育部供需对接育人项目与大学生创新训练计划,针对电动车骑行场景中防水、收纳、安全、文创四大核心痛点,开展爱玛Q5电动车防水边箱的研发与文创融合设计实践。研究通过企业需求访谈、用户问卷调研、市场竞品分析,明确边箱的功能指标与文创定位;构建“高校负责创意设计、结构研发与用户验证–企业提供工艺标准、供应链资源与量产落地”的协同分工体系;完成从IP元素提取、防水结构设计、收纳优化到实物试制的全流程研发,实现防水性能IP化、收纳功能场景化、文创元素功能化的融合目标。本研究形成“需求洞察–设计研发–样品验证–量产转化”的全链路闭环,为设计类专业产教融合项目中骑行装备的功能性文创产品研发提供可复制、可推广的实践路径。
Abstract: Against the dual background of deepening the integration of industry and education policies and upgrading the cycling equipment industry, the problem of the disconnect between university design education and enterprise product research and development, as well as market demand, is becoming increasingly prominent. The article focuses on the collaboration between schools and enterprises, and relies on the Ministry of Education’s supply and demand docking education project and the college student innovation training program to carry out the research and development and cultural and creative integration design practice of the waterproof side box for the AIMA Q5 electric vehicle, targeting the four core pain points of waterproofing, storage, safety, and cultural and creative aspects in the electric vehicle riding scene. Conduct research through enterprise demand interviews, user questionnaire surveys, and market competitor analysis to clarify the functional indicators and cultural and creative positioning of edge boxes; Establish a collaborative division of labor system where universities are responsible for creative design, structural research and development, and user verification, while enterprises provide process standards, supply chain resources, and mass production implementation; Complete the full process research and development from IP element extraction, waterproof structure design, storage optimization to physical trial production, achieving the integration goal of IP waterproof performance, scenarization of storage function, and functional of cultural and creative elements. This study forms a complete closed-loop system of “demand insight, design and development, sample verification, mass production conversion”, providing a replicable and promotable practical path for the development of functional cultural and creative products for cycling equipment in design related professional industry education integration projects.
