用户画像在慢性病中的应用热点与趋势分析
Analysis of the Application Hotspots and Trends of User Persona in the Field of Chronic Diseases
摘要: 目的:基于CiteSpace进行可视化分析,探究用户画像在慢性病中应用的研究现状、热点和趋势,为优化慢性病管理提供参考。方法:本研究选择中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science核心合集作为数据来源,使用CiteSpace进行可视化分析,检索时间为建库至2025年12月31日。结果:共纳入中文文献113篇,英文文献965篇。用户画像在慢性病中应用的中英文相关文献发文量均呈上升趋势,国内研究侧重于慢性病的数字技术开发和应用研究,国外研究更关注患者身心健康全方位结局指标的个性化干预,呈现从“技术本位”向“人本导向”的转型趋势。结论:未来应结合我国老龄化背景与慢性病管理实际需求,加强多源数据整合与跨学科合作,推动用户画像在护理分层干预中的应用,注重隐私数据安全,积极构建全周期用户画像。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to conduct a visualization analysis using CiteSpace to examine the current status, research hotspots, and trends in the application of user personas for chronic disease management, and to provide insights for optimizing chronic disease care. Methods: Data were collected from four databases—CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP Data, and Web of Science Core Collection. CiteSpace was employed for visualization analysis. The search time was from database establishment to December 31, 2025. Results: A total of 113 Chinese articles and 965 English articles were included. The number of publications on the application of user personas in chronic diseases is on the rise in both Chinese and English. Domestic research focuses on the development and application of digital technologies for chronic diseases. In contrast, international research pays more attention to personalized interventions for comprehensive outcomes of patients’ physical and mental health, showing a shift from a technology-based to a human-centered approach. Conclusion: In light of China’s aging population and the practical demands of chronic disease management, future efforts should strengthen multi-source data integration and interdisciplinary collaboration, promote the application of user personas in stratified nursing interventions, prioritize data privacy and security, and actively develop full-life-cycle user personas.
