ICU护士对ECMO知识掌握现状及培训需求的调查研究
A Survey Study on ICU Nurses’ Knowledge of ECMO and Their Training Needs
摘要: 目的：调查ICU护士对ECMO相关知识的掌握情况及培训需求，为构建科学的ECMO护理培训方案提供一定的参考。方法：2025年6月~2025年12月，抽取浙江省6所医院共210名ICU护士作为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、ECMO知识调查表、ECMO培训需求调查表进行调查。结果：共收回有效问卷197份，有效回收率为93.81%。ICU护士ECMO知识水平的总得分为(78.07 ± 8.80)分。94.92%的ICU护士期望通过培训能够熟练解决ECMO运行中常见问题。结论：浙江省ICU护士ECMO知识掌握情况整体处于良好水平，ICU护士对ECMO知识的培训需求度较高。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate ICU nurses’ mastery of ECMO-related knowledge and their training needs, providing a reference for constructing a scientific ECMO nursing training program. Methods: From June 2025 to December 2025, a total of 210 ICU nurses from six hospitals in Zhejiang Province were selected as research subjects. Surveys were conducted using a general information questionnaire, an ECMO knowledge questionnaire, and an ECMO training needs questionnaire. Results: A total of 197 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 93.81%. The total score of ICU nurses’ ECMO knowledge was (78.07 ± 8.80) points. 94.92% of ICU nurses expected to be able to proficiently solve common problems during ECMO operation through training. Conclusion: The overall mastery of ECMO knowledge among ICU nurses in Zhejiang Province is at a good level, and ICU nurses have a high demand for ECMO knowledge training.
