基于CiteSpace的国内白内障术后感染性眼内炎研究热点与前沿分析

Research Hotspots and Frontiers of Domestic Postoperative Infectious Endophthalmitis Following Cataract Surgery Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：通过文献计量可视化方法分析我国白内障术后感染性眼内炎的研究趋势、前沿及热点，为今后预防和降低白内障术后感染提供新的研究思路及方向。方法：检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库自建库以来至2026年5月收录的白内障术后感染性眼内炎研究的相关文献。应用Note Express软件数据去重，数据整理后，采用CiteSpace7.0软件分析所纳入的文献作者、机构和关键词信息，绘制可视化图谱。结果：共纳入229篇文章，研究发现该领域作者间整体合作较为松散，尚未形成大规模跨机构协作网络；发文机构多以国内公立眼科中心为主；代表研究热点的关键词有眼内炎、危险因素、万古霉素、白内障、超声乳化、病原菌、感染、护理。结论：近30年国内白内障术后感染性眼内炎的研究中，研究框架已初步形成，研究方向趋向细化和多元化，当前研究热点正从基础临床描述向精准化、规范化防控方向发展。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research trends, frontiers, and hotspots of postoperative infectious endophthalmitis following cataract surgery in China using bibliometric visualization methods, and to provide new research ideas and directions for the prevention and reduction of postoperative infections in the future. Methods: A literature-based study was conducted. Relevant studies on postoperative infectious endophthalmitis following cataract surgery were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP, and Wanfang databases from their inception to May 2026. NoteExpress software was used for data deduplication. After data processing, CiteSpace 7.0 software was employed to analyze the author, institution, and keyword information of the included literature and to generate visualization maps. Results: A total of 229 articles were included. The findings revealed that overall collaboration among authors in this field is relatively loose, and a large-scale cross‑institutional collaboration network has not yet been established. The publishing institutions were predominantly domestic public ophthalmology centers. The key high‑frequency keywords representing research hotspots included endophthalmitis, risk factors, vancomycin, cataract, phacoemulsification, pathogenic bacteria, infection, and nursing. Conclusion: Over the past three decades of domestic research on postoperative infectious endophthalmitis following cataract surgery, the research framework has been preliminarily established, with research directions tending toward refinement and diversification. Current research hotspots are transitioning from basic clinical descriptions toward precise and standardized prevention and control strategies.
