特发性震颤的针灸治疗临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Essential Tremor

摘要: 特发性震颤(Essential Tremor, ET)是临床最常见的运动障碍性疾病，以姿势性、动作性震颤为核心表现，病程迁延且进展缓慢，严重影响患者日常生活质量与社会参与能力。现代医学治疗采用一线β受体阻滞剂、抗癫痫药物及深部脑刺激等方法，但有效率有限、不良反应明显、长期服药依从性差且有创治疗费用高昂。针灸在特发性震颤的临床干预中取得了一定疗效。本文系统整理近年以来国内针灸治疗特发性震颤的相关临床研究，从临床疗效、干预方案、取穴规律等方面进行归纳分析，同时客观评述当前研究存在的方法学缺陷、方案标准化不足与机制研究薄弱等问题，明确未来研究方向，以期为该病的临床针灸应用及科研设计提供循证参考。

Abstract: Essential tremor (ET) is the most common movement disorder in clinical practice, characterized by postural and action tremor as its core manifestations. The disease course is protracted and slowly progressive, severely impairing patients’ quality of daily life and social participation. Modern medical treatments include first-line β-blockers, antiepileptic drugs and deep brain stimulation, yet these approaches are limited by suboptimal efficacy, noticeable adverse effects, poor long-term medication compliance and high costs of invasive procedures. Acupuncture and moxibustion have achieved certain efficacy in the clinical intervention of essential tremor. This article systematically reviews domestic clinical studies on acupuncture treatment for essential tremor in recent years, summarizing and analyzing the clinical effectiveness, intervention protocols and acupoint selection patterns. At the same time, it objectively comments on existing problems such as methodological flaws, insufficient standardization of treatment protocols and weak mechanistic exploration, and clarifies future research directions, aiming to provide an evidence-based reference for the clinical application of acupuncture and the design of scientific studies on this disease.
