国医大师唐祖宣学术经验传承及中医特色护理应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Inheritance of Academic Experience of National Medical Master Tang Zuxuan and the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Based Nursing Care

摘要: 作为中原扶阳流派的代表性传承人，国医大师唐祖宣从医六十余载，深耕周围血管病、心系疾病等内科疑难慢病诊疗，逐步提出以益气、化瘀、温阳为主要治则的学术思想，为慢病全周期防治提供可靠的理论指导与实践路径。近年来，随着唐祖宣学术传承工作室逐步增多，其诊疗经验逐步向护理领域延伸，中药熏洗、穴位贴敷、膳食指导等特色护理技术在临床中应用日益增多，在改善慢病症状、防控并发症、提升患者生存质量方面显现出显著优势。本文梳理唐祖宣教授学术经验的传承，阐释其指导中医护理的进展，重点总结其在周围血管病、慢性心力衰竭、老年慢病管理等领域的应用现状，分析当前传承与应用中存在的不足，以期为推动国医大师经验向护理领域深度转化、完善慢病中医护理方案提供参考。

Abstract: As a representative inheritor of the Fuyang school in Central China, National Medical Master Tang Zuxuan has been practicing medicine for over six decades, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and other complex chronic internal diseases. Over time, he has gradually developed an academic thought centered on the principles of replenishing qi, resolving stasis, and warming yang, providing reliable theoretical guidance and practical pathways for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. In recent years, as the number of Tang Zuxuan’s academic inheritance studios has gradually increased, his diagnostic and treatment experience has gradually extended into the field of nursing. Specialized nursing techniques such as herbal fumigation and washing, acupoint application, and dietary guidance have been increasingly applied in clinical practice, demonstrating significant advantages in improving symptoms of chronic diseases, preventing and controlling complications, and enhancing patients’ quality of life. This article reviews the inheritance of Professor Tang Zuxuan’s academic experience, elucidates the advancements in his guidance of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing, and focuses on summarizing his current application status in areas such as peripheral vascular diseases, chronic heart failure, and elderly chronic disease management. It also analyzes the deficiencies in current inheritance and application, aiming to provide a reference for promoting the deep transformation of the National Medical Master’s experience into the field of nursing and improving TCM nursing schemes for chronic diseases.
