国医大师唐祖宣温阳学术思想在中医辨证论治中的研究进展

Research Progress on the Academic Thought of Warming Yang by National Medical Master Tang Zuxuan in the Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 国医大师唐祖宣深耕中医临床、教学、科研一线六十余载，传承仲景温阳学说思想，结合中原地区地域发病特点与大量临床实践经验，系统发展中医温阳学术思想，提出阳虚为本、瘀浊阻络的病因特点，构建温阳扶正、化瘀通脉、标本兼顾的治则，在周围血管病、心血管病、慢性肾病等多种慢性疑难病的治疗中形成重要的治疗体系。本文从温阳理论的学术发展源流切入，结合唐祖宣教授的代表性临床案例及学术思想，系统阐述其温阳学术思想的核心内涵、诊疗特色与临证用药规律，梳理该思想在不同疾病领域的临床应用进展，剖析当前研究存在的局限，以期为该学术思想的进一步传承推广、临床应用提供标准化参考。

Abstract: National TCM Master Tang Zuxuan has been deeply involved in the front lines of clinical practice, teaching, and scientific research in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for over six decades. He inherits the thought of Zhongjing’s theory of warming yang, combines it with the regional disease characteristics of the Central Plains region and a wealth of clinical practical experience, systematically develops the academic thought of warming yang in TCM, proposes the etiological characteristics of yang deficiency as the root cause and blood stasis obstructing the meridians, and constructs a therapeutic principle of warming yang to strengthen the body’s vital energy, resolving blood stasis to unblock the meridians, and addressing both the symptoms and root causes. He has formed an important treatment system in the treatment of various chronic and difficult diseases such as peripheral vascular disease, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease. This article starts from the academic development origins of the warming yang theory, combines Professor Tang Zuxuan’s representative clinical cases and academic thoughts, systematically expounds the core connotation, diagnostic and treatment characteristics, and clinical medication rules of his warming yang academic thought, sorts out the clinical application progress of this thought in different disease areas, and analyzes the limitations of current research, with the aim of providing standardized references for the further inheritance, promotion, and clinical application of this academic thought.
