认知老化下养老设施认知友好空间研究综述
A Review of Research on Cognitive Friendly Spaces in Elderly Care Facilities under Cognitive Aging
摘要: 全球老龄化的浪潮使养老建筑、养老设施成为建筑领域研究的热点，认知老化作为老龄化带来的问题之一严重影响了老年人的生活质量，基于此背景，文章对认知老化的概念和特征进行解析，并且利用CiteSpace可视化分析工具，总结梳理了国内外“认知友好”概念在建筑领域的研究现状，对目前理论、实践成果进行分析。研究指出基于老龄化的大背景下国内外学者大多偏重认知症环境设计，对于正常老化状态下认知友好空间环境设计较少，研究依托认知症友好空间成熟理论与实践成果，提炼核心的设计逻辑，探索适配广义正常认知老化群体的养老空间营建路径，以期通过建筑空间环境的塑造，改善老年人的认知情况提高其生活质量同时为促进养老设施空间体系的完善与多学科交融做出贡献。
Abstract: The wave of global aging has made elderly care buildings and facilities a hot topic in the field of architecture. Cognitive aging, as one of the issues brought about by aging, has seriously affected the quality of life of the elderly. Based on this background, this article analyzes the concept and characteristics of cognitive aging, and utilizes the CiteSpace visual analysis tool to summarize and sort out the current research status of the “cognitively friendly” concept in the field of architecture both domestically and internationally, and analyzes the current theoretical and practical achievements. The study points out that against the backdrop of aging, scholars both domestically and internationally mostly focus on the design of environments for cognitive disorders, with less attention paid to the design of cognitively friendly spatial environments under normal aging conditions. The research relies on mature theoretical and practical achievements in cognitively friendly spaces, refining core design logic, and exploring pathways for constructing elderly care spaces that are suitable for a broad range of normal cognitive aging groups. It aims to improve the cognitive status of the elderly and enhance their quality of life through the shaping of architectural spatial environments, while contributing to the improvement of the spatial system of elderly care facilities and the integration of multiple disciplines.
