补肾祛风法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床医案分享

Clinical Case Sharing of Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome with the Method of Tonifying the Kidney, Warming Yang, Dispelling Wind and Dissipating Cold

摘要: 本文以一例肾阴阳两虚型围绝经期综合征患者为对象，分析张帆教授采用“补肾温阳为根本、祛风散寒以治标”理论治疗肾阴阳两虚型围绝经期综合征，梳理该理论指导下的诊疗思路与实践情况。结合中医理论溯源、病例诊疗过程、方剂配伍逻辑及辨证特色，论述该理论的临床有效性。在张帆教授理论指导下，患者经补肾温阳祛风散寒法治疗后，疲乏肢冷、心悸失眠、尿频等症状明显改善，随访期间诸症基本消失，疗效可靠。总之，张帆教授“补肾温阳与祛风散寒并举”的理论，契合了肾阴阳两虚型围绝经期综合征本虚标实的病机，遵循中医经典理论，具备临床创新意义，为该病的治疗提供了切实可行的思路，值得临床医师深入学习与推广。

Abstract: Taking a patient with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney yin-yang deficiency type as the research object, this paper analyzes Professor Zhang Fan’s treatment of this disease based on the theory of “tonifying the kidney and warming yang as the root, dispelling wind and cold to treat the superficial symptoms”, and sorts out the diagnosis and treatment ideas and practice under the guidance of this theory. Combined with the traceability of TCM theory, the diagnosis and treatment process of the case, the compatibility logic of prescriptions and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation, the clinical effectiveness of this theory is discussed. Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Fan’s theory, the patient’s symptoms such as fatigue, cold limbs, palpitations, insomnia and frequent micturition were significantly improved after treatment with the method of tonifying the kidney, warming yang, dispelling wind and cold; all symptoms basically disappeared during the follow-up period, with reliable curative effect. In conclusion, Professor Zhang Fan’s theory of “simultaneously tonifying the kidney, warming yang, dispelling wind and cold” conforms to the pathogenesis of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney yin-yang deficiency type. It follows the classic TCM theory, has clinical innovation significance, provides a practical idea for the treatment of this disease, and is worthy of in-depth study and promotion by clinical physicians.
