人工智能时代知识型员工的易逝性风险解析
Analysis on the Perishability Risk of Knowledge Workers in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 人工智能技术的快速迭代正在深刻重塑知识型员工的职业生态。在界定知识型员工与易逝性风险概念的基础上,基于技术及其在组织内部的影响,提出从技术、认知和组织三个维度识别知识型员工的易逝性风险来源。从执行技能、概念技能和职业韧性三个层面揭示不同职业层次和岗位类型的风险表现。为有效应对知识型员工的易逝性风险,分别对个体和组织提出认知重构、能力重建、边界重划和岗位再设计、学习体系重构、文化转型的策略。研究旨在解释知识型员工在人机分工重构时面临的易逝性风险,进而为做好人工智能时代知识型员工的风险管理奠定基础。
Abstract: The rapid iteration of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the professional ecology of knowledge workers. On the basis of defining the concept of knowledge workers and their perishable risk, and based on technology and its impact within the organization, identifying the sources of perishable risk for knowledge workers is proposed in this article from three dimensions: technology, cognition, and organization. The risk performance of different occupational levels and job types is revealed from three levels: execution skills, conceptual skills, and occupational resilience. To effectively address the risk of knowledge workers’ perishability, strategies for cognitive restructuring, ability restructuring, and boundary redefinition are proposed for individuals, while strategies for job redesign, learning system restructuring, and cultural transformation are proposed for organizations. The purpose of this study is to explain the perishable risks faced by knowledge workers during the reconstruction of human-machine division of labor, and to lay the foundation for effective risk management of knowledge workers in the era of artificial intelligence.
