云南保山发现洞穴山蛭

摘要: 2026年4月,在云南省保山市隆阳区的一个溶洞的洞顶壁采集到一些营陆生生活的真洞穴蛭类标本,结合形态比对和线粒体COI基因的系统发育分析,将其鉴定为山蛭科中国洞蛭属(Sinospelaeobdella)的洞穴山蛭(Sinospelaeobdella cavatuses)。在我国,该种仅记录分布于云南省德宏州的个别溶洞,本次发现将其分布区向东北扩展至怒山南延余脉,为研究云南西部洞穴蛭类的起源、扩散与适应性演化提供了新资料。
Abstract: In April 2026, some terrestrial troglobite leech specimens were collected from the ceiling of a karstic cave in Longyang District, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, China. Based on morphological comparison and phylogenetic analysis of mitochondrial COI gene, they were identified as Sinospelaeobdella cavatuses (family Haemadipsidae, genus Sinospelaeobdella). In China, this species was previously only recorded in a few karstic caves in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The present finding extends its distribution range eastward to the southern extension of the Nu Shan Mountains, providing new data for studying the geographic origin, dispersal and adaptive evolution of cave leeches in western Yunnan.
