改性沥青防水卷材生产中沥青烟气检测与质量控制探究
Exploration on Asphalt Smoke Detection and Quality Control in the Production of Modified Asphalt Waterproofing Membrane
摘要: 改性沥青防水卷材生产过程中会释放沥青烟气,其成分较为复杂,并且其排放具有固定源和局部无组织的混合特性。本文对沥青烟气主要产生环节和核心特征结合该污染特性进行了分析,提出了沥青烟气检测具体适配方案;并从采样过程、样品前处理、实验操作过程、数据处理等方面,加强对沥青烟气检测过程的控制;提出了生产中沥青烟气控制措施。本文为精准管控生产环节沥青烟气污染、保障检测数据可靠性和质量控制提供参考。
Abstract: Asphalt fume will be released during the production of modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, and its composition is complex, and its emission has the mixed characteristics of fixed source and local disorganization. In this paper, the main production links and core characteristics of asphalt smoke are analyzed in combination with the pollution characteristics, and the specific adaptation scheme of asphalt smoke detection is put forward. The control of asphalt flue gas detection process is strengthened from the aspects of sampling process, sample pretreatment, experimental operation process and data processing. The control measures of asphalt smoke in production are put forward. This paper provides a reference for accurately controlling asphalt smoke pollution in production, ensuring the reliability of test data and quality control.
