产教融合视域下汽车法规课程多元评价体系构建——以东盟市场准入为案例驱动的教学改革探索
Construction of a Multidimensional Evaluation for Automobile Regulations Courses from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration—An Exploration of Teaching Reform Driven by the Case of ASEAN Market Access
摘要: 随着中国新能源汽车加速东盟海外市场拓展,车辆工程专业人才需要具备一定的国际化法规素养。本文针对汽车法规课程教学中存在的内容陈旧、考核单一、国际案例匮乏三大痛点,融合OBE成果导向与CDIO工程教育理念,提出案例重构–多元评价–产教协同三位一体改革框架。改革措施包括:开发以东盟五国市场准入为主线的阶梯式案例库,构建知识–能力–素养三维多元评价模型,推行校企双导师联合授课与虚拟仿真教学。方案尚处于设计阶段,预期可使学生法规分析能力提升30%以上,课程满意度达90%以上,具体成效有待教学实践检验。
Abstract: With Chinese new energy vehicles accelerating their expansion into ASEAN markets, talents in vehicle engineering need to possess a certain level of international regulatory literacy. This paper addresses three major pain points in automotive regulations courses: outdated content, single-mode assessment, and a lack of international cases. By integrating OBE outcome-oriented and CDIO engineering education concepts, it proposes a trinity reform framework of case reconstruction, multidimensional evaluation, and industry-education collaboration. The reform measures include: developing a stepped case library centered on market access in five ASEAN countries, constructing a three-dimensional multidimensional evaluation model of knowledge-ability-literacy, and implementing co-teaching by university and enterprise dual mentors along with virtual simulation teaching. The plan is still in the design stage, and it is expected to improve students’ regulatory analysis ability by over 30% and achieve a course satisfaction rate of over 90%, with specific outcomes awaiting validation through teaching practice.
