“高质量户外运动目的地”的概念谱系、系统构成与生成逻辑研究

Research on the Concept Pedigree, System Composition and Generation Logic of “High-Quality Outdoor Sports Destinations”

摘要: “高质量户外运动目的地”是近些年提出的概念，在新时代体育产业和文化旅游消费升级背景下成为重要抓手。本文主要运用文献搜集、逻辑归纳和案例研究等方法对这一概念进行阐释，对其内涵体系进行分析。首先，该概念与体育旅游目的地、体育休闲小镇等相比较中，其明确是以“高质量”作为出发点，注重良好体验感、生态环境友好型、产业链条完整以及整体统筹发展等特点。其次，在对“高质量户外运动目的地”复杂系统进行总结的基础上，提炼出由资源基底系统、产品服务系统、产业经济系统以及治理支持系统构成四个子系统和这四个子系统之间的相互作用关系。随后以贵州等地方为例进行实证研究，得出生成遵循“资源识别–产品转化–产业集聚–品牌治理”的螺旋式发展路径。

Abstract: The concept of high-quality outdoor sports destinations was put forward in national tourism and outdoor sports industry plans, and has become an important measure under the background of sports industry and cultural tourism consumption upgrading. This paper interprets the concept and analyzes its connotation by using literature review, logical induction and case study methods. Compared with similar concepts, it takes high quality as the core, with outstanding advantages in experience, ecological protection, industrial chain and overall planning. It consists of four interactive subsystems: resource base, product service, industrial economy and governance support. Empirical analysis of Guizhou shows that its development follows a spiral path of “resource identification-product transformation-industrial agglomeration-brand governance”.
