基于CiteSpace我国青少年体质健康的可视化分析

摘要: 为系统梳理我国青少年体质健康领域的研究现状、热点前沿及发展趋势,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2018~2025年收录的符合此研究“青少年体质健康”相关文献为研究样本,运用CiteSpace 6.4.R1可视化分析工具,对所采集的数据进行共现分析和聚类分析,绘制出青少年体质健康研究主题词、关键词共现图谱以及该领域的科研机构图谱、作者分布网络图谱,展示了该领域的研究力量分布,确定了该领域所涉及的主要研究议题;揭示该领域的研究热点、研究前沿及其发展趋势。结果表明:我国体质健康领域研究经历基础探索、智能干预两大阶段;研究热点集中于青少年/大学生体质健康促进、学校体育与体质健康融合、体质健康测试与标准实施、体医融合与数智赋能等方向;研究主体以体育院校、师范院校及中小学教育机构为主,跨机构合作网络尚未完全形成;学科分布呈现体育学主导、教育学辅助的特征,多学科交叉融合不足。当前研究存在研究对象覆盖面较窄、区域研究失衡、研究方法单一等问题,未来需聚焦特殊群体体质健康、强化跨学科协同、推进数智技术应用,为健康中国战略下体质健康促进工作提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: To systematically review the research status, hotspots, frontiers, and development trends in the field of adolescent physical health in China, this study collected literature related to “adolescent physical health” published between 2018 and 2025 from the CNKI database as research samples. Using the CiteSpace 6.4.R1 visualization analysis tool, co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on the collected data. Thematic word and keyword co-occurrence maps, institutional research maps, and author distribution network maps of adolescent physical health research were drawn to demonstrate the distribution of research forces in this field and identify the main research topics involved. The research hotspots, frontiers, and development trends in this field were revealed. The results indicate that: research in the field of physical health in China has undergone two stages—basic exploration and intelligent intervention; research hotspots focus on the promotion of adolescent/college students’ physical health, the integration of school physical education and physical health, physical health testing and standard implementation, and the integration of sports and medicine with digital intelligence empowerment; research entities are mainly sports colleges, normal universities, and primary and secondary education institutions, with cross-institutional cooperation networks not yet fully formed; disciplinary distribution is characterized by the dominance of sports science supplemented by education science, with insufficient interdisciplinary integration. Current research has problems such as narrow coverage of research subjects, imbalance in regional research, and single research methods. In the future, it is necessary to focus on the physical health of special groups, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote the application of digital intelligence technology, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for physical health promotion under the Healthy China strategy.
