民族地区公共安全教育中体能训练课程建设的教学改革探索

Exploration of Teaching Reform on the Construction of Physical Fitness Training Courses in Public Safety Education in Ethnic Minority Areas

摘要: 民族地区公共安全教育中的体能训练，是提升青少年体质、促进文化交融、促进民族团结的重要载体。当前，体能训练课程在民族地区面临内容同质化、资源匮乏、评价单一、师资不足等问题。本文结合民族地区地理与文化特点，提出以“立德树人·强体·服务边疆发展”为目标的课程建设理念，并从课程目标、内容重构、教学方法、评价机制、保障体系等方面系统阐述教学改革路径，重点设计可操作的实施方案，旨在提升课程育人实效，服务边疆地区发展与民族团结。

Abstract: In public safety education in ethnic minority areas, physical training serves as an important vehicle for improving adolescent physical fitness, promoting cultural integration, and fostering ethnic unity. Currently, physical training courses in these regions face challenges such as content homogenization, resource scarcity, single-mode evaluation, and a shortage of qualified teachers. Drawing on the geographical and cultural characteristics of ethnic minority areas, this paper proposes a curriculum development concept centered on the goals of “cultivating virtue through moral education, strengthening the body, and serving border development”. It systematically elaborates on the path of teaching reform from the perspectives of curriculum objectives, content reconstruction, teaching methods, evaluation mechanisms, and support systems, with a particular focus on designing practical implementation plans. The aim is to enhance the educational effectiveness of the curriculum and serve the development of border regions and the cause of ethnic unity.
