基于React和Spring Boot的智能高校资产管理系统
Intelligent University Asset Management System Based on React and Spring Boot
摘要: 针对高校资产管理中普遍存在的底数不清、流程繁琐、数据孤岛及决策支撑缺失等问题,本文设计并实现了一款基于React与Spring Boot的智能高校资产管理系统。系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server, B/S)架构与前后端分离模式,后端以Spring Boot为核心框架构建RESTful服务,前端基于React 18与Ant Design 5组件库实现响应式交互界面,数据层采用MySQL 8.4与Redis构建持久化与缓存体系。系统功能涵盖资产全生命周期管理、耗材管控、设备借还审批、维护维修追踪及多维度统计分析等核心功能模块,并通过基于角色的访问控制(Role-Based Access Control, RBAC)与JWT双因子认证机制保障系统安全。在此基础上,系统创新性地集成了千问、DeepSeek及SQLCoder模型,构建了智能主动建议与自然语言数据查询引擎,实现了从“人找数据”到“数据找人”的范式转变。测试结果表明,本系统各模块在实现预期功能的基础上具有的交互逻辑,其功能完整性与性能指标均满足高校资产管理实际需求,为同类系统的智能化升级提供了可复用的技术方案。
Abstract: Addressing the prevalent issues in university asset management, such as unclear base data, cumbersome processes, data silos, and lack of decision support, this paper designs and implements an intelligent university asset management system based on React and Spring Boot. The system adopts a Browser/Server (B/S) architecture and a front-end/back-end separation model. The back-end uses Spring Boot as the core framework to build RESTful services, while the front-end implements a responsive interactive interface based on React 18 and Ant Design 5 component libraries. The data layer utilizes MySQL 8.4 and Redis to build a persistence and caching system. The system’s functionalities encompass core modules such as asset lifecycle management, consumable control, equipment borrowing and returning approval, maintenance and repair tracking, and multi-dimensional statistical analysis. It ensures system security through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and JWT two-factor authentication mechanisms. Furthermore, the system innovatively integrates three large models: Qianwen, DeepSeek, and SQLCoder, to build an intelligent active suggestion and natural language data query engine, achieving a paradigm shift from “people finding data” to “data finding people”. Test results show that each module of the system, with its interactive logic based on achieving expected functions, meets the practical needs of university asset management in terms of functional completeness and performance indicators, providing a reusable technical solution for the intelligent upgrade of similar systems.
