大数据背景下企业财务转型的挑战与路径研究——以京东集团为例

Research on the Challenges and Paths of Enterprise Financial Transformation under the Background of Big Data—A Case Study of JD Group

摘要: 数字经济时代，大数据技术全面重构企业财务管理逻辑，传统核算型财务模式已无法适配企业规模化、精细化发展需求，财务转型成为企业数字化转型的核心抓手。本文以京东集团为案例，系统梳理大数据背景下企业财务转型的核心困境，深度剖析转型痛点的内在成因，针对性构建适配大型集团企业的转型优化路径。研究表明，当前企业财务转型普遍面临技术融合浅层化、复合型人才缺口、流程体系滞后、风险管控薄弱、战略协同不足五大核心挑战；京东集团依托数字化生态基础，通过技术赋能、职能重构、流程优化初步实现了财务转型突破，但仍存在深度优化空间。本文立足课程知识与企业实践，聚焦管理逻辑与实施路径，为同类企业推进财务转型提供可落地的理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: In the era of the digital economy, big data technology has comprehensively reshaped the logic of corporate financial management. The traditional accounting-oriented financial model can no longer meet the needs of enterprises for large-scale and refined development, making financial transformation a core priority of corporate digital transformation. Taking JD Group as a case, this paper systematically sorts out the major dilemmas of corporate financial transformation against the backdrop of big data, deeply analyzes the underlying causes of transformation pain points, and proposes targeted optimization paths suitable for large conglomerates. The research reveals that enterprises generally face five major challenges in financial transformation: superficial integration of technologies, shortage of interdisciplinary talents, outdated process systems, inadequate risk management and control, and insufficient strategic coordination. Leveraging its digital ecosystem, JD Group has made initial achievements in financial transformation through technological empowerment, functional restructuring and process optimization, while there is still room for further in-depth improvement. Combining professional theories and corporate practices, this paper focuses on management logic and implementation approaches, providing practical theoretical references and experience for similar enterprises to advance financial transformation.
