健康促进模式下预防性护理用于肾结石患者围术期的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Preventive Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Kidney Stone Patients under the Health Promotion Mode

摘要: 目的：分析健康促进模式下预防性护理用于肾结石患者围术期的效果。方法：选择2024.06~2025.11期间院内收治的92例肾结石患者，按随机数字表法分为参比组、研究组，各46例。参比组实行常规围术期护理，研究组实行健康促进模式下预防性护理。评析指标：两组的疼痛水平、术后恢复情况、生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果：护理后，研究组的疼痛水平低于参比组(P < 0.05)；研究组的术后恢复情况好于参比组(P < 0.05)；研究组的生活质量评分高于参比组(P < 0.05)；研究组的并发症发生率低于参比组(P < 0.05)。结论：在为肾结石患者护理时，实行健康促进模式下预防性护理能够减轻患者疼痛现象，缩短术后首次排尿时间，改善生活质量，降低并发症发生率，值得应用。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of preventive nursing in the perioperative period of kidney stone patients under the health promotion mode. Method: 92 patients with kidney stones admitted to the hospital between June 2024 and November 2023 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group, with 46 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The reference group received routine perioperative care, while the study group received preventive care under a health promotion model. Evaluation indicators: Pain levels, postoperative recovery, quality of life scores, and incidence of complications in both groups. Result: After nursing, the pain level in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05); The postoperative recovery of the research group was better than that of the reference group (P < 0.05); The quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of patients with kidney stones, implementing preventive nursing under the health promotion model can alleviate patient pain, shorten the first postoperative urination time, improve quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth applying.
