声音的意境营造与情感表达——以电影《一代宗师》为例

Sound Creation for Artistic Conception and Emotional Expression—A Case Study of the Film The Grandmaster

摘要: 在武侠电影蓬勃发展、类型创作日趋成熟且逐步寻求突破转型的行业背景下，传统武侠片多聚焦于武打场面的视觉呈现与剧情叙事，视听表达模式趋于固化。王家卫导演的作品《一代宗师》以独具一格的美学风格打造了中国武侠片的实验性代表作品，巧妙地运用了声音和画面的适配关系，声音是电影除了画面以外的重要信息，它沟通起导演和观众之间的桥梁，声音和画面的相互配合，有时候给电影增加了另外一种感受。在《一代宗师》中，王家卫摒弃了传统武侠片重打斗音效、轻听觉美学的创作误区，对人声、配乐、环境音效等各类声音元素进行精细化设计，并精准把控声音与画面的适配、互补、反差等多元联动关系。本文以影片的声音设计为核心研究对象，系统剖析其声音元素的运用技巧、声画组合的呈现方式，深入探究声音设计在影片叙事建构、人物刻画、美学营造中的核心作用，挖掘《一代宗师》听觉美学的独特价值，以期为华语武侠电影视听语言的创新发展提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the vigorous development and mature genre formation of martial arts films, traditional martial arts works mostly focus on visual combat scenes and linear plot narration, leading to rigidified audio-visual expression modes. Directed by Wong Kar-wai, The Grandmaster stands as a pioneering masterpiece of Chinese martial arts cinema with its unique aesthetic style. The film ingeniously manipulates the coordination between sound and image. As an indispensable carrier of cinematic information besides visuals, sound serves as a medium connecting directors and audiences. The organic interplay of sound and image endows motion pictures with layered aesthetic sensations that visuals alone cannot deliver. Rejecting the conventional flaw of prioritizing combat sound effects over auditory aesthetics in classic martial arts films, Wong Kar-wai refines all audio elements including human voice, original score and ambient sound, and precisely orchestrates diverse interactions between sound and image such as coordination, complementarity and contrast. Centered on the film’s sound design, this paper systematically analyzes the application techniques of audio elements and the presentation modes of sound-image combinations. It further explores the core functions of sound design in narrative construction, character portrayal and aesthetic shaping, excavates the unique aesthetic value of auditory design in The Grandmaster, and intends to offer references for the innovative development of audio-visual language in Chinese-language martial arts films.
