摘要: 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, Hp)是慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤及胃癌的重要致病因子,有效根除Hp可显著改善患者临床症状、抑制胃黏膜病变进展并降低胃癌发生风险。然而在临床工作中,Hp根除失败率仍较高。本文主要通过查阅近年来发表的文献分析Hp根除失败的主要原因及补救治疗策略的研究进展,旨在为临床制定更加规范、高效的Hp补救治疗策略提供参考依据。
Abstract: Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is an important causative factor for chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, and gastric cancer. Effective eradication of Hp can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms, inhibit the progression of gastric mucosal lesions, and reduce the risk of gastric cancer. However, in clinical work, the failure rate of Hp eradication is still high. This article mainly analyzes the main causes of Hp eradication failure and the research progress of salvage treatment strategies by reviewing the literature published in recent years, aiming to provide a reference for clinical development of more standardized and efficient Hp salvage treatment strategies.
