浅论人工智能赋能教师数字素养的深层演进
A Brief Discussion on the Profound Evolution of AI-Empowering Teachers’ Digital Literacy

摘要: 教师数字素养提升是教育数字化转型的核心驱动力,当前面临认知偏差、培训实效性不足等挑战。人工智能技术为破解困境提供新路径。研究人工智能赋能教师数字素养提升的路径,系统解析其核心概念与逻辑框架,数据驱动的个性化培训、智能资源生成与整合、混合式学习与项目制教学智能化重构、人工智能评估体系构建等维度提出策略。研究表明,人工智能通过多源数据整合与算法优化,精准识别教师能力短板并动态优化培养方案。建议加强人工智能对教师数字素养发展的长期作用机制研究,通过跨区域实证分析,我国构建精准化教师数字素养提升体系提供理论与实践支撑。
Abstract: The enhancement of teachers’ digital literacy serves as the core driving force behind the digital transformation of education, yet it currently faces challenges such as cognitive biases and insufficient training effectiveness. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology offers a new pathway to overcome these dilemmas. This study explores the pathways through which AI empowers the improvement of teachers’ digital literacy, systematically analyzing its core concepts and logical framework. Strategies are proposed from multiple dimensions, including data-driven personalized training, intelligent resource generation and integration, intelligent reconstruction of blended learning and project-based teaching, and the establishment of an AI-based evaluation system. Research indicates that AI, through the integration of multi-source data and algorithm optimization, can accurately identify teachers’ capability gaps and dynamically optimize training programs. It is recommended to strengthen research on the long-term mechanisms of AI’s impact on teachers’ digital literacy development and conduct cross-regional empirical analyses to provide theoretical and practical support for the establishment of a precise system for enhancing teachers’ digital literacy in China.
