摘要: 在人工智能(AI)快速发展的背景下，大学英语教学正面临从知识传授向能力培养、从统一供给向个性化支持、从经验判断向数据驱动转型的现实要求。OBE理念强调以学习成果为导向，关注学生“最终能够做什么”，与当前高等教育质量提升和人才培养改革方向高度契合。将人工智能技术与OBE理念有机融合，不仅能够推动大学英语课程目标、教学内容、课堂活动与评价方式的系统优化，而且有助于构建以学生为中心、以成果达成为目标、以持续改进为特征的新型教学模式。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), college English teaching faces the urgent need to shift from knowledge transmission to competency cultivation, from standardized provision to personalized support, and from experience-based judgment to data-driven decision-making. The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, which emphasizes learning outcomes and focuses on what students are ultimately able to do, aligns closely with the current direction of higher education quality enhancement and talent cultivation reform. The organic integration of AI technology with the OBE concept not only facilitates systematic optimization of college English curriculum objectives, instructional content, classroom activities, and assessment methods, but also contributes to the construction of a novel teaching model characterized by student-centeredness, outcome orientation, and continuous improvement.
