乡村振兴背景下的农业经济管理策略研究

A Study on Agricultural Economic Management Strategies in the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 乡村振兴战略的深入实施，对农业经济管理提出了更高要求。农业经济管理不仅关系到农业资源配置效率，也影响农业发展模式转型、农民收入增长和农村社会稳定。当前，部分农村地区在管理实践中仍存在管理体制不完善、专业人才不足、信息化应用水平偏低等问题，制约了农业经济的高质量发展。基于此，本文从农业经济管理的重要作用出发，分析其在现实运行中的主要困境，并提出加强政策引导、推进农业供给侧结构性改革、提升信息化管理水平、建设专业化管理人才队伍等优化路径，以期为乡村振兴背景下农业经济管理工作的改进提供参考。

Abstract: The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for agricultural economic management. Agricultural economic management is not only related to the efficiency of agricultural resource allocation, but also affects the transformation of agricultural development models, the growth of farmers’ income and the stability of rural society. At present, some rural areas still face problems such as an imperfect management system, a shortage of professional personnel and a relatively low level of information technology application in management practice, which restrict the high-quality development of the agricultural economy. Based on this, this paper starts from the important role of agricultural economic management, analyzes the main difficulties in its practical operation, and proposes optimization paths such as strengthening policy guidance, promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform, improving the level of information-based management and building a professional management talent team, in order to provide reference for improving agricultural economic management under the background of rural revitalization.
