数智时代当代大学生交往模式与对策研究

A Study on the Interaction Patterns and Countermeasures of Contemporary College Students in the Digital-Intelligent Era

摘要: 人工智能、大数据、物联网等数智技术全面渗透社会生活，深度重塑了当代大学生的交往场景、互动方式与交往逻辑，促使大学生交往模式呈现线上线下双域共生、即时互动与圈层化并行、符号化表达与碎片化传播等时代特征。数智技术在拓宽交往边界、提升沟通效率的同时，也催生了现实交往弱化、情感联结浅表化、信息茧房固化等一系列现实问题，对大学生沟通能力培育、心理健康发展与价值观念塑造形成挑战。本文立足于数智时代的技术语境与青年发展现状，系统剖析当代大学生交往模式的新型特征，梳理人际交往过程中存在的多重困境，并从个体素养提升、高校教育引导、社会环境优化三个维度构建系统化培育路径，以期引导当代大学生建立健康、理性、深度的人际交往关系，助力青年群体适应数智社会发展要求，实现全面成长成才。

Abstract: Digital-intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things have permeated all aspects of social life, profoundly reshaping the interaction scenarios, communication methods, and relational logics of contemporary college students. This has led to distinctive features in their interaction patterns, including coexistence of online and offline domains, simultaneous real-time interactions and layered social circles, symbolic expressions, and fragmented information dissemination. While these technologies expand communication boundaries and enhance efficiency, they also give rise to practical challenges such as weakened face-to-face interactions, superficial emotional connections, and entrapment within information echo chambers—posing significant challenges to the development of communication skills, psychological well-being, and value formation among college students. Based on the technological context of the digital-intelligent era and current youth development trends, this paper systematically analyzes the new characteristics of contemporary college students’ interaction patterns, identifies multiple difficulties encountered in interpersonal communication, and proposes a comprehensive cultivation framework from three dimensions: individual competence enhancement, university educational guidance, and optimization of the social environment. The aim is to help college students establish healthy, rational, and meaningful interpersonal relationships, enabling them to adapt to the demands of digital-intelligent society and achieve holistic personal growth.
