新工科背景下面向学生能力差异的高等数学分层混合式教学模式研究
Research on a Tiered Blended Teaching Model for Advanced Mathematics Tailored to Students’ Diverse Abilities in the Context of New Engineering Education

摘要: 在新工科建设所强调“交叉融合、创新驱动、实践导向”的背景下,针对传统高等数学中存在的重理论轻实践、教学模式单一、评价反馈单一等问题,本文构建了“动态循环、精准适配”的分层混合式教学模式。该模式依据学生学习能力差异和学习需求将其分为三个层级,并通过“课前诊断、课中内化、课后拓展、评价调整”四个教学环节加以实施。旨在通过上述分层混合式教学,激发各层级学生的学习兴趣和潜能,促进学生个性化发展,为培养新工科所需的个性化人才提供新思路。
Abstract: Against the background of the New Engineering Initiative, which emphasizes “cross-cutting integration, innovation-driven development, and practice-oriented education,” this paper addresses issues in traditional advanced mathematics courses, such as an excessive focus on theory at the expense of practice, as well as single-track teaching and feedback approaches. This paper proposes a multi-tiered blended teaching model characterized by “dynamic iteration and precise adaptation.” This model categorizes students into three levels based on differences in learning ability and needs, and is implemented through four instructional phases: “pre-class assessment, in-class internalization, post-class extension, evaluation and adjustment.” This model aims to stimulate the learning interest and potential of students at all levels through tiered blended instruction, promote personalized development, and provide new ideas for cultivating the personalized talent required by the New Engineering Education.
