蒙医住院医师规范化培训教学查房实施路径与优化策略研究

Research on Implementation Path and Optimization Strategies of Teaching Ward Rounds in Standardized Training for Mongolian Medicine Residents

摘要: 住院医师规范化培训属于临床医学教育模式里的重要部分，在提高医疗服务质量、促进医学教育改革、推动卫生事业发展方面，发挥着非常关键的作用。当中，教学查房是连接理论知识与临床实践的重要环节，在培养临床思维能力、实践技能上有着不可替代的作用，其质量对规培成效有着直接的影响。不过，当下蒙医住院医师规范化培训里的教学查房存在不少问题，像形式化严重、临床思维培养不够、蒙医特色不明显、人文关怀欠缺、学员参与度不高等。本研究依据蒙医临床诊疗的特点、规培教学的经验，从激发学员积极性、完善教学管理模式、推动蒙医理论向临床转化、强化人文与职业素质教育等方面，深入探讨改进蒙医规培教学查房的具体办法，希望能规范查房流程、提高教学效果，培育出既掌握临床技能又具备蒙医药专业素养与职业操守的优秀蒙医人才，为民族医药事业发展提供人才支持。

Abstract: Standardized residency training is an important part of the clinical medical education model, playing a crucial role in improving the quality of medical services, promoting the reform of medical education, and advancing the development of healthcare. Among its components, teaching ward rounds serve as a vital bridge connecting theoretical knowledge and clinical practice, playing an irreplaceable role in cultivating clinical thinking skills and practical abilities. Their quality directly impacts the effectiveness of the training. However, there are currently many problems with teaching ward rounds in standardized residency training for Mongolian medicine, such as severe formalization, insufficient cultivation of clinical thinking, lack of distinct Mongolian medicine characteristics, deficiency in humanistic care, and low participation of trainees. Based on the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment in Mongolian medicine and the experience of standardized residency training, this study delves into specific methods to improve teaching ward rounds in Mongolian medicine residency training from aspects such as stimulating trainees’ initiative, enhancing teaching management models, promoting the clinical translation of Mongolian medical theories, and strengthening humanistic and professional ethics education. It aims to standardize the ward round process, improve teaching effectiveness, and cultivate outstanding Mongolian medical talents who possess both clinical skills and professional competence in Mongolian medicine as well as professional ethics, thereby providing talent support for the development of ethnic medicine.
