供应链金融对企业数字化转型的影响研究

摘要: 本文基于2012~2022年沪深A股上市公司数据，采用文本分析法测度企业数字化转型与供应链金融应用水平，实证考察供应链金融对企业数字化转型的影响效应。研究结果表明，供应链金融对企业数字化转型具有显著的提升作用，且该结论在经过内生性处理与稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析表明，供应链金融通过缓解融资约束与提高企业管理效率两条路径间接驱动企业数字化转型。异质性分析发现，供应链金融对数字化转型的促进作用对非高新技术行业与东部地区的企业中更为显著。本研究拓展了企业数字化转型驱动因素的相关研究，为优化金融资源配置、助力实体经济数字化转型提供了经验证据与政策启示。
Abstract: Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022, this paper uses text analysis to measure the application level of enterprise digital transformation and supply chain finance, and empirically investigates the impact of Supply Chain Finance on enterprise digital transformation. The results show that supply chain finance has a significant role in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises, and this conclusion is still true after endogenous treatment and robustness test. Mechanism analyses show that SCF indirectly drives digital transformation through two channels: alleviating financing constraints and improving managerial efficiency. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the promoting effect of supply chain finance on digital transformation is more pronounced among non-high-tech industries and firms located in the eastern regions. This study contributes to the literature on the drivers of corporate digital transformation and offers empirical evidence and policy implications for optimizing financial resource allocation to facilitate real economy digitalization.
