摘要: 目的:探讨改良Peyton教学联合情景模拟教学应用于泌尿外科急症培训中的教学效果。方法:2023年5月至2025年5月在安徽医科大学第四附属医院规范化培训的学员117人,随机分为实验组及对照组。实验组给予Peyton教学联合情景模拟教学模式,对照组给予传统课堂授课模式。使用Mini-CEX和DOPS评价量表评估两组的理论知识,诊疗能力,满意度及临床操作能力。结果:两组学员在年龄,性别,年级人员分布方面无明显的差异。相对于对照组,实验组学员在诊疗思路,人文关怀,操作能力,交流沟通和综合评价方面表现出明显的优势,同时在诊疗操作能力及患者满意度方面也展现出优异的成绩。结论:在泌尿外科急症规范化培训中,基于Mini-CEX和DOPS评价的改良Peyton教学联合情景模拟教学展示出优秀的教学成果。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to investigate the teaching efficacy of a modified Peyton approach combined with scenario-based simulation in the training of urological emergency care. Methods: A total of 117 trainees undergoing standardized residency training at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from May 2023 to May 2025 were randomly assigned into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received the modified Peyton teaching combined with scenario-based simulation, while the control group received traditional lecture‑based instruction. The Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX) and the Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS) rating scales were employed to assess theoretical knowledge, diagnostic and therapeutic competence, satisfaction, and clinical procedural skills in both groups. Results: No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of age, sex, or year of training. Compared with the control group, the experimental group demonstrated marked superiority in diagnostic reasoning, humanistic care, procedural competence, communication skills, and overall comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, the experimental group achieved significantly better outcomes in procedural performance and patient satisfaction. Conclusion: In the standardized training of urological emergencies, the modified Peyton teaching method integrated with scenario‑based simulation, as evaluated by Mini-CEX and DOPS, demonstrates excellent educational outcomes.
