优秀土木人的素养融入高职土木建筑大类专业课程思政教学探索——以《施工组织与管理》课程为例

Exploration on the Integration of the Quality of Excellent Civil Engineers into the Ideological and Political Teaching of Civil Architecture Major Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking the Course of Construction Organization and Management as an Example

摘要: 《施工组织与管理》课程是高职建筑工程技术专业最重要的专业核心课程之一，探索将优秀土木人的素养作为思政主题融入该课程既是落实立德树人根本任务的需要，也是高职院校传授核心知识、培养高素质人才的需要。以该课程为例，挖掘了严谨细致、精益求精、坚持原则、质量第一的职业素养和坚守使命意识、将个人职业发展理想与国家发展目标相统一的家国情怀相结合的优秀土木人素养思政元素，探索了情境导入、案例分析、主题嵌入、思政论文、分享展示、沉浸体验为主的多元化课程思政教学形式，以此充分发挥学生主动性，并将思政元素纳入课程考核评价，全方位分析评价课程思政教育效果。

Abstract: The course of Construction Organization and Management is one of the most important professional core courses for the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges. Exploring the quality of excellent civil engineers as the ideological and political theme into the course is not only the need to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents, but also the need for higher vocational colleges to impart core knowledge and cultivate high-quality talents. Taking this course as an example, this study explores the ideological and political elements embedded in the qualities of excellent civil engineering professionals, which combine professional attributes—such as rigor, meticulousness, the pursuit of perfection, adherence to principles, and quality-first orientation—with a strong sense of mission and the national commitment to aligning personal career aspirations with national development goals. It explores the diversified teaching forms of Ideological and political courses, such as situational introduction, case analysis, theme embedding, ideological and political papers, sharing and display, and immersion experience, so as to give full play to students’ initiative, and incorporate the ideological and political elements into the course assessment and evaluation, so as to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the effect of the course’s ideological and political education.
