Research on the Collaborative Innovation Mechanism and Path of International Business Supply Chain Driven by Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 人工智能与国际商务供应链融合是当前外贸创新领域的核心研究方向，相关探索对提升跨境贸易运行效率、降低全链路运行风险具有重要价值。本文首先梳理了国际商务供应链协同创新的国内外研究脉络，总结了当前人工智能技术在供应链各环节的应用落地现状，其次从需求端信息匹配、供给端资源调度、全链路风险预警三个维度拆解技术赋能的核心作用机制，最后从主体、流程、生态三个层面构建了可落地的协同创新实践路径。相关研究结论可为外贸领域各参与主体的协同创新探索提供系统的理论参考与方向指引，也能为地方外贸转型政策的制定提供相应支撑。

Abstract: The integration of artificial intelligence and international business supply chains has become a core research direction in the field of foreign trade innovation. Relevant explorations are of great significance for improving the operational efficiency of cross-border trade and reducing the overall supply chain operational risks. This paper first sorts out the domestic and foreign research context of collaborative innovation in international business supply chains, and summarizes the current application and implementation status of artificial intelligence technologies in all links of the supply chain. Secondly, it analyzes the core functional mechanisms of technological empowerment from three dimensions: demand-side information matching, supply-side resource allocation, and full-chain risk early warning. Finally, it constructs actionable practical paths for collaborative innovation from the three levels of participants, processes and ecosystems. The research conclusions can provide systematic theoretical reference and directional guidance for collaborative innovation practices of all participants in the foreign trade sector, and offer supporting evidence for the formulation of local foreign trade transformation policies.
