生成式AI驱动下的教学模式创新:从个性化学习到教育生态重构
Innovation in Teaching Models Driven by Generative AI: From Personalized Learning to the Reconstruction of the Educational Ecosystem
摘要: 伴随着生成式人工智能技术的快速进化,在大型语言模型同多模态架构相结合的新潮影响之下,教育方式正以前所未有之速发生改变。本文主要研究生成式AI作为具有深远影响的一种技术,对于教学模式的革新所起的关键作用。文章首先阐述了该技术的核心技术特点,再分析它同教育信息化深度融合的机制;然后重点研究生成式AI在个性化学习方面的应用实践,包括学生需求精准分析、课程资源定制化设计和用苏格拉底式对话法进行人工智能辅助互动教学的案例;进一步发现,基于生成式AI的教学模式正在向传统的以教师为中心的模式转变,变成师生机器三者共同合作共生的新形态,提出了相应的改进策略;最后从评价体系重组、资源共享改良、师资角色改变、数字鸿沟填补这些方面来系统评价生成式AI对于教育生态系统产生的影响,给创建智能化和公平化并重的未来教育体系赋予理论支撑和实际参照。
Abstract: With the rapid evolution of generative AI technology and the influence of the latest trend combining large language models with multimodal architectures, educational methods are changing at an unprecedented pace. This paper primarily examines the pivotal role that generative AI—as a technology with far-reaching implications—plays in revolutionizing teaching models. The paper first outlines the core technical characteristics of this technology, then analyzes the mechanisms through which it deeply integrates with educational informatization; it then focuses on the practical applications of generative AI in personalized learning, including precise analysis of student needs, customized design of course resources, and case studies of AI-assisted interactive teaching using the Socratic method; It further reveals that generative AI-based teaching models are shifting away from traditional teacher-centered approaches toward a new form of collaboration and symbiosis among teachers, students, and machines, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies; finally, it systematically evaluates the impact of generative AI on the educational ecosystem in terms of the reorganization of evaluation systems, improvements in resource sharing, changes in the role of teachers, and bridging the digital divide, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for building a future educational system that balances intelligence and equity.
