基于综合服务模式的高职院校“一站式”学生社区路径构建研究——以某农业职业学院为例

Research on the Path Construction of “One-Stop” Student Community in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Comprehensive Service Model—A Case Study of an Agricultural Vocational College

摘要: 本研究以综合服务模式理论、全域育人理念及线上线下融合教育理论为核心理论支撑，围绕农业类高职院校“一站式”学生社区的建设路径展开系统性探究。综合调研与现状分析发现，目前国内高职院校学生社区建设工作存在诸多短板，主要体现在线下服务功能比较零散、线上数据赋能不足、职教特色不明显及协同育人机制不健全等现实问题。针对以上问题，本文尝试搭建适配农业类职业院校发展的“一站式”学生社区服务体系，提出完善专项组织保障机制、整合优化资源配置、强化育人力量下沉、构建闭环化的评价与反馈机制等实施策略。

Abstract: Based on the theories of comprehensive service model, holistic education concept, and online-offline integrated education, this study systematically explores the construction paths of the “one-stop” student community in agricultural vocational colleges. Through investigation and current situation analysis, it is found that the construction of student communities in higher vocational colleges still faces prominent problems, including fragmented offline service functions, insufficient empowerment of online data, inadequate vocational education characteristics, and imperfect collaborative education mechanisms. In response to the above deficiencies, this paper constructs a targeted “one-stop” student community service system suitable for the development of agricultural vocational colleges. Corresponding implementation strategies are proposed, such as improving the special organizational guarantee mechanism, optimizing the allocation of integrated resources, promoting the sinking of educational forces, and establishing a closed-loop evaluation and feedback mechanism.
