我国大豆进口贸易现状、问题及对策研究

Research on Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Soybean Import Trade in China

摘要: 随着中国经济的快速发展和人口的增加，大豆作为重要的农产品之一，其消费量急剧上升。当前，中国的大豆需求呈现出显著地超出国内生产供给的趋势，导致对外大豆依存度急剧上升。本文在分析我国大豆贸易现状的基础上，探究了我国大豆存在进口成本增加、进口依存度仍过高、进口转基因大豆质量安全等问题，进而提出增加国内大豆生产能力、优化农业和经济结构、建立风险防范机制、加强国际合作与交流、提升大豆加工与深加工能力的对策以此来降低大豆进口风险，保障国家粮食安全。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increase in its population, the consumption of soybeans, as one of the important agricultural products, has risen sharply. At present, China’s soybean demand shows a significant trend of exceeding the domestic production and supply, leading to a sharp increase in the dependence on foreign soybeans. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of soybean trade in China, this paper explores the import cost increase, excessively high import dependence, and the quality and safety of imported genetically modified soybeans. It then proposes countermeasures to reduce the risks associated with soybean imports and ensure national food security, including increasing domestic soybean production capacity, optimizing agricultural and economic structures, establishing risk prevention mechanisms, strengthening international cooperation and exchange, and improving soybean processing and deep processing capabilities.
