智能调度系统在会议保障中的实现与应用
Realization and Application of Intelligent Scheduling System in Conference Support
摘要: 为破解传统指挥调度指挥系统功能集成度偏低、多业务协同不畅的短板,本文提出一套面向会议保障场景的可视化智能融合调度平台。系统依托音视频网关实现多终端信号互通,基于历史处置数据集构建预案流程智能优化引擎,打通各业务平台数据链路,实现现场态势、调度指令实时同步;结合“云–管–端”分层软交换架构与多模态可视化交互机制,搭建指挥中心与多会场联动处置体系。对比实验表明:相较传统人工调度模式,本系统故障定位耗时缩短57%、应急指令下发时延降低52%,整体应急处置总耗时缩短42%~61%,可有效提升重大会议应急指挥响应速度与精细化管控水平。
Abstract: To address the shortcomings of traditional command and scheduling systems, including low functional integration and poor cross-business collaboration, this paper proposes a visualized intelligent integrated scheduling platform tailored for conference support scenarios. Relying on an audio-video geteway, the system realizes signal interconnection among multiple terminals on historical disposal datasets platforms to achieve real-time synchronization of on-site situation and scheduling instructions. Combined with the layered cloud-edge-terminal switching architecture and multi-modal visualized interaction mechanism, a joint disposal system linking the command center with all conference venues is established. Comparative experiments demonstrate that compared with the traditional manual scheduling mode, this system shortens the time consumption of fault location by 52%, and cuts the total time for overall emergency disposal by 42%~61%. It can effectively improve the emergency command response speed and refined management & control capacity for major conferences.
