数字技术赋能职业院校课堂教学提质路径研究
Research on Approaches to Enhancing the Quality of Classroom Teaching in Vocational Colleges through Digital Technology
摘要: 数字化转型已经成为现代职业教育改革升级的重要驱动力,传统职业院校课堂普遍存在教学模式固化、实训资源有限、学情把控滞后、理论实操衔接脱节等现实问题,难以适配新时代产业岗位对于技能型人才的培养标准。数字技术凭借大数据、虚拟现实、智慧教学平台、人工智能等技术优势,可以重塑课堂结构、丰富教学载体、革新评价模式。本文以职业院校课堂教学现状作为切入点,剖析数字技术融入日常教学过程中的现存短板,从教学场景重构、课程资源开发、师生数字素养培育、考核评价改革、软硬件保障体系建设多个维度,探索数字技术赋能课堂提质的可行路径,以期为职业教育数字化落地、技能人才培养质量提升提供实践参考。
Abstract: Digital transformation has become a pivotal driver for the reform and upgrading of modern vocational education. Traditional vocational colleges commonly face challenges such as rigid teaching methodologies, limited practical training resources, inadequate student learning monitoring, and a disconnect between theoretical knowledge and practical application, making it difficult to meet the competency requirements for skilled professionals demanded by contemporary industries. Leveraging technological advantages—including big data, virtual reality, smart teaching platforms, and artificial intelligence—digital technologies can transform classroom structures, diversify instructional approaches, and innovate assessment frameworks. This study examines current classroom practices in vocational colleges to identify existing shortcomings in integrating digital technologies into daily instruction. It explores feasible pathways for enhancing teaching quality through multiple dimensions: restructuring teaching scenarios, developing curriculum resources, fostering digital literacy among educators and learners, reforming assessment systems, and establishing robust software/hardware support infrastructure, aiming to provide actionable insights for advancing digitalization in vocational education and improving the quality of skilled talent development.
