摘要: 新工科背景下《数据库原理及应用》课程教学普遍面临教学内容与市场需求关联不紧密,教学过程与思政育人融合不深入,教学活动对实践创新支撑不充分,教学评价对教学效果考核不完善。针对上述问题,提出探索符合产业发展需求的特色人才培养的新思路、新方法、新模式,提升课程的高阶性,突出课程的创新性,增加课程的挑战度,通过线上线下、课内课外、校内校外三方面紧密结合的创新举措,实现将知识融通、思政育人、实践创新三方面融入本课程人才培养中,凭借教学和实践平台的数据进行精准教研,通过数据优化和驱动实现真正的数据赋能教学。围绕数据存储、处理和管理,培养学生数据工程实践能力、数据计算思维能力,具备数据库综合应用中的优化意识,提高大型数据库的综合应用水平。为夯实科技自立自强根基提供强大的人才支撑,是新时代背景下落实科技强国战略的必然趋势。
Abstract: Under the background of “New Engineering,” the teaching of Principles and Applications of Database generally faces several challenges: a disconnect between teaching content and market demands, insufficient integration of ideological and political education into the teaching process, inadequate support for practical innovation through teaching activities, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms for assessing teaching effectiveness. To address these issues, this paper proposes new ideas, methods, and models for cultivating distinctive talents that align with industrial development needs. The study aims to enhance the higher-order thinking skills fostered by the course, highlight its innovative nature, and increase its level of challenge. Through innovative measures that closely integrate online and offline learning, in-class and extracurricular activities, as well as on-campus and off-campus resources, the course achieves the integration of knowledge interoperability, ideological and political education, and practical innovation into talent cultivation. Leveraging data from teaching and practice platforms, precise teaching research is conducted, utilizing data optimization and driving forces to realize true data-enabled instruction. Focusing on data storage, processing, and management, the course cultivates students’ practical capabilities in data engineering and computational thinking. It fosters awareness of optimization in comprehensive database applications and improves proficiency in handling large-scale databases. Providing robust talent support to consolidate the foundation of self-reliance and strength in science and technology represents an inevitable trend in implementing the strategy of building a strong nation in science and technology under the new era.
