《数控技术与应用》课程改革与建设研究
Research on Curriculum Reform and Construction of “Numerical Control Technology and Application”
摘要: 随着智能制造技术的快速发展,作为机械专业本科阶段数字化制造方面的核心课程,《数控技术与应用》面临着教学内容、教学方式和教学理念急需更新、改革等诸多挑战,也需要满足工程教育专业认证对理论课教学的要求。针对当前《数控技术与应用》存在的问题,提出设置合理的课程目标、开发优质教学资源、建设线上课程资源、构建线下线上课外一体化教学体系、建立综合评价体系的方法,提高教学质量的同时,能够更好地满足当前机械专业对核心必修课程的要求。
Abstract: With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology, as a core course in digital manufacturing for undergraduate mechanical engineering, “Numerical Control Technology and Applications” faces numerous challenges, including the urgent need to update and reform teaching content, teaching methods, and educational philosophies, and also need to meet the requirements for theoretical courses as stipulated by the engineering education accreditation. In view of the existing problems in the current “Numerical Control Technology and Application”, the following methods are proposed: setting reasonable course objectives, developing high-quality teaching resources, building online course resources, constructing an integrated teaching system combining both offline and online elements, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system. While improving the teaching quality, it can better meet the current requirements of the mechanical major for core compulsory courses.
