智能心理测评发展助力心理测量课程教学变革
The Development of Intelligent Psychological Assessment Boosts the Teaching Reform of Psychometrics Course
摘要: 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,智能心理测评正在重塑心理测量的范式与方法。然而,当前高校心理测量课程仍以传统测量理论和经典测量工具为核心教学内容,与行业实践存在明显脱节。本文阐述了将智能心理测评技术融入课程教学的内在价值,并提出了“课堂内 + 课堂外”的双轨教学变革路径:课堂内聚焦AI时代新型测评人才培养目标,重构融合传统与智能测评的教学内容体系;课堂外构建具备专业知识的AI教师,形成AI和学生协同的预习和复习模式。同时改革考核方式,将AI使用纳入考核评分。通过系统性的教学变革,可以更好支撑培养新型心理测评人才的目标。
Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent psychological assessment is reshaping the paradigms and methods of psychometrics. However, the current psychometrics course in colleges and universities still takes traditional test theories and classical measurements as the core teaching content, which is significantly out of touch with industry practices. The current study expounds on the inherent value of integrating intelligent psychological assessment technology into course teaching and proposes a dual-track teaching reform path of “in-class + out-of-class”. In-class teaching focuses on the objectives of cultivating assessment talents in the AI era and reconstructs the teaching content that integrates traditional and intelligent assessment. In out-of-class teaching, we developed an AI teacher with specialized expertise to establish a collaborative preview and review model between AI systems and learners. Evaluation methodology is also reformed by incorporating AI usage into the assessment criteria. Through systematic teaching reforms, we can better support the goal of cultivating new-generation psychological assessment professionals.
