数字技术对老年人社会参与渠道与方式的改变
The Transformation of Social Participation Channels and Methods for the Elderly Brought about by Digital Technology
摘要: 数字技术正重塑老年人社会参与，但赋能与排斥并存。本文基于技术中介理论，从渠道、方式、效果三维度分析发现：数字技术推动参与渠道从物理空间向数字界面迁移，互动方式呈现异步化、多模态回归与角色转换特征，参与效果受技术适配、社会支持、个体能动与制度保障多重条件制约。促进老年数字社会参与需推进适老化设计转型、差异化素养培育、支持网络重构与制度底线保障。
Abstract: Digital technology is reshaping social participation among older adults, yet technological empowerment coexists with digital exclusion. Drawing upon technological mediation theory, this paper analyzes the transformation from three dimensions—channel, mode, and effect—and finds that: digital technology has shifted participation channels from physical spaces to digital interfaces; interaction modes have become asynchronous, multimodal, and role-transformative; and participation effects are conditioned by technological appropriateness, social support, individual agency, and institutional safeguards. Promoting digital social participation among the elderly requires advancing age-friendly design transformation, differentiated literacy cultivation, support network reconstruction, and institutional bottom-line protection.
