人工智能时代空巢老人情感治理的替代性安抚路径研究

A Study on Alternative Comfort Paths for Emotional Governance of Empty-Nest Elderly in the Artificial Intelligence Era

摘要: 随着人口老龄化深化，我国空巢老人群体规模持续扩大，情感孤独等心理困境凸显，传统家庭、政府、市场构成的情感支持体系存在结构性短板，难以适配其即时性、持续性等情感需求，医养结合场景下缺口尤为突出。人工智能“全天候在场”“无条件接纳”等特征与“代性安抚”内涵高度契合，为填补治理缺口提供新可能。本文结合3位居家空巢老人的深度访谈资料，系统探究“技术赋能”与“人文关怀”的协同实践路径，涵盖工具选择、服务嵌入、多元主体协同等维度，并分析技术局限及伦理风险，提出规制措施。研究旨在为优化空巢老人情感支持服务、推进医养结合高质量发展提供实践参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of population aging, the scale of empty-nest elderly in China continues to expand, making emotional loneliness increasingly prominent. The traditional emotional support system has structural shortcomings, failing to meet their immediate and continuous emotional needs, especially in integrated medical and elderly care. Artificial intelligence, characterized by “all-time presence” and “unconditional acceptance”, aligns with “alternative comfort” and offers new possibilities to fill this gap. Based on in-depth interviews with three home-based empty-nest elderly individuals, this paper explores collaborative paths of “technological empowerment” and “humanistic care”, covering tool selection, service embedding, and multi-subject coordination, while analyzing technical limitations and ethical risks with regulatory countermeasures. The study provides practical references for improving emotional support services for empty-nest elders and advancing high-quality integrated eldercare.
