大连市海参养殖产业绿色发展现存问题及优化路径研究
Research on Existing Problems and Optimization Paths for Green Development of Sea Cucumber Aquaculture Industry in Dalian
摘要: 在渔业绿色高质量发展建设的政策背景下,大连市作为我国刺参核心主产区,推动养殖产业绿色转型是实现生态保护与产业可持续发展的关键路径。本文在梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,以可持续发展理论、生态渔业理论为支撑,分析大连市海参养殖产业的发展规模与绿色转型基础,指出产业当前面临生态约束趋紧、绿色生产标准化不足、产业链价值转化偏弱、政策配套不完善等现实问题,并从空间布局优化、标准体系健全、产业链延伸、政策保障完善四个维度提出针对性优化路径,以期为大连海参产业绿色可持续发展提供实践参考。
Abstract: Against the policy backdrop of advancing high-quality green development in the fishery sector, Dalian—as China’s core major producing area of Apostichopus japonicus (sea cucumber)—regards promoting the green transformation of its aquaculture industry as a critical path to achieving ecological conservation and sustainable industrial development. On the basis of reviewing relevant domestic and international studies, and underpinned by the theory of sustainable development and the theory of ecological fishery, this paper analyzes the development scale of Dalian’s sea cucumber aquaculture industry and its foundation for green transformation. It further identifies the practical challenges facing the industry: tightening ecological constraints, inadequate standardization of green production, weak value conversion capacity of the industrial chain, and imperfect supporting policies. Accordingly, targeted optimization paths are put forward from four dimensions: optimizing spatial layout, improving the standard system, extending the industrial chain, and strengthening policy guarantees. The study aims to provide practical references for the green and sustainable development of Dalian’s sea cucumber industry.
