企业知识产权全生命周期管理体系构建与实践路径研究

Research on the Construction and Implementation Path of a Full Life Cycle Management System for Enterprise Intellectual Property

摘要: 在数字经济与创新驱动发展的时代背景下，知识产权已从企业的法律文件转变为核心资产、竞争壁垒与盈利工具。当前多数企业存在知识产权“重申请、轻管理”“重防御、轻运用”等问题，权属纠纷、侵权风险、资产失效等现象频发，制约企业创新发展与市场竞争力提升。本文基于企业知识产权管理的核心内涵，界定知识产权主要类型，梳理权属管理、布局管理、维护管理、风险防控、运用管理、维权管理六大核心板块，剖析企业知识产权管理的五阶段演进逻辑，指出管理实践中的典型误区，并提出精细化管理的实践路径，为企业构建全生命周期知识产权管理体系提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the digital economy and innovation-driven development, intellectual property rights (IPR) have evolved from mere legal documents for enterprises into core assets, competitive barriers and profit-generating instruments. At present, most enterprises suffer from prevalent problems in IPR management, such as “prioritizing application over administration” and “valuing defense over commercialization”. Frequent disputes over ownership, infringement risks and asset invalidation have hindered corporate innovative development and market competitiveness. Based on the core connotation of corporate IPR management, this paper defines major categories of intellectual property, sorts out six core modules including ownership management, layout management, maintenance management, risk prevention and control, utilization management, and rights protection management. It analyzes the five-stage evolutionary logic of corporate IPR management, identifies typical misconceptions in practical administration, and proposes practical approaches for refined management. This research provides theoretical references and practical guidance for enterprises to build a full-life-cycle IPR management system.
