老年人心理健康的影响机制与社会工作干预研究
Research on the Influencing Mechanisms of Mental Health among Older Adults and Social Work Interventions
摘要: 利用CHARLS 2020年数据，文章从经济支持、生活照顾和精神慰藉三个维度分析了家庭支持与老年人心理健康的关联，采用描述性统计和多元回归方法进行实证检验。结果显示家庭支持的整体水平与老年人心理健康状况呈正向相关，其中精神慰藉表现出最强的正向相关性，分组回归还表明性别、城乡和居住方式不同的老年群体在家庭支持效果上并不一致。基于这些发现，文章从个体、家庭和社区三个层面提出了社会工作介入思路，以期为提升老年人心理健康服务提供参考。
Abstract: Using data from the 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), this study examines the relationship between family support and the mental health of older adults from three dimensions: financial support, daily care, and emotional support. Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression models are employed for the empirical analysis. The results indicate that the overall level of family support is positively associated with the mental health of older adults, with emotional support showing the strongest positive association. In addition, subgroup regression analyses reveal that the effects of family support differ across older adults by gender, urban-rural residence, and living arrangements. Based on these findings, this study proposes social work intervention strategies at the individual, family, and community levels, with the aim of providing practical references for improving mental health services for older adults.
