社会认知语言学视角下产科典籍《达生编》中的认知图式研究

A Study of Cognitive Schemas in the Obstetrical Classic Da Sheng Bian from the Perspective of Sociocognitive Linguistics

摘要: 认知图式是人类理解世界和组织知识的重要工具。《达生编》蕴含丰富的产科认知图式。本文以社会认知语言学为理论框架，运用语料分析方法对其进行分类与解释。研究发现，《达生编》的认知图式主要包括自然顺生、阴阳平衡和经验实证三类，体现了顺应自然、调和阴阳及重视实践经验的思维模式，其形成受到清代社会文化、儒医交互情况和性别观念等社会认知因素影响。研究有助于揭示古代产科知识的认知逻辑，为中医产科文化研究与国际传播提供参考。

Abstract: Cognitive schemas are important tools for understanding the world and organizing knowledge. Drawing on Sociocognitive Linguistics and corpus-based analysis, this study classifies and interprets the cognitive schemas in Da Sheng Bian. The findings show that three major schema types are represented: natural childbirth following nature, the balance of yin and yang, and empirical verification. These schemas reflect ways of thinking centered on adapting to natural laws, maintaining harmony, and valuing practical experience. Their formation is shaped by sociocognitive factors, including Qing-dynasty sociocultural traditions, Confucian-medical interaction mechanisms, and gender concepts. This study reveals the cognitive logic of ancient obstetric knowledge and provides insights for research and international dissemination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) obstetric culture.
