A Study of the Internet Buzzword “Sense of Authentic Humanity”

摘要: 在AI技术普及与社交媒体精致人设盛行的当下，“活人感”一词迅速走红并成为2025年热门网络流行语，互动量超8.1亿次。本文基于2023~2026年各社交媒体平台200余条语料，探析其语义、背景、脉络与本质。“活人感”具真实不装、有温度共情、不完美有瑕疵、松弛自接纳四层递进语义；兴起于AI内容泛滥、人设过度包装、大众渴求真实的背景；历经了否定式定义、肯定式定义、内化式定义三阶段演化；本质是对算法、人设、标准答案规训的反抗，彰显了数字时代人类主体性与真实自洽的价值追求。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the widespread adoption of AI technology and the prevalence of polished curated personas on social media, the term “human authenticity” gained rapid popularity and emerged as a viral internet buzzword in 2025, generating over 810 million interactions. Drawing on more than 200 corpus samples collected from various social media platforms between 2023 and 2026, this paper explores its semantics, generative context, evolutionary trajectory and intrinsic nature. “Human authenticity” carries four progressive layers of meaning: being genuine without pretense, possessing emotional warmth and empathy, embracing imperfection and flaws, and maintaining a laid-back attitude with self-acceptance. It arose amid an environment saturated with AI-generated content proliferation, overly stylized online personas, and the publics growing longing for sincerity. Its semantic evolution unfolded in three phases: negative definitional framing, affirmative definitional framing, and internalized definitional framing. Fundamentally, it represents a resistance to the constraints imposed by algorithms, curated online personas and standardized templates, embodying humanity’s pursuit of subjectivity, authenticity and self-consistency in the digital age.
