炎症标志物动态变化在梗阻性结直肠癌患者预后中的研究进展
Study Progress on the Dynamic Changes in Inflammatory Markers in the Prognosis of Patients with Obstructive Colorectal Cancer
摘要: 梗阻性结直肠癌属于结直肠癌中预后较差的危重亚型,多数患者因急性肠梗阻需急诊干预。肿瘤微环境持续存在的慢性炎症反应,在肿瘤进展、免疫逃逸进程中发挥关键调控作用;外周血炎症标志物具有无创、可重复检测的优势,现已成为评估患者全身炎症状态、预判临床预后的核心工具。现有相关研究多聚焦基线单次检测指标的预测效能,而炎症标志物随治疗、病程演变的动态变化,能更直观反映疾病进展规律与机体治疗应答情况,临床应用潜力更为突出。本文通过综述现有研究,系统总结了炎症标志物动态波动规律与梗阻性结直肠癌患者预后的内在关联,为临床分层管理、个体化诊疗提供循证依据。
Abstract: Obstructive colorectal cancer is a critical subtype of colorectal cancer with a poor prognosis, and most patients require emergency intervention due to acute intestinal obstruction. The persistent chronic inflammatory response in the tumor microenvironment plays a key regulatory role in tumor progression and immune escape. Peripheral blood inflammatory biomarkers feature non-invasiveness and repeatable detection, and have become core tools for evaluating patients’ systemic inflammatory status and predicting clinical prognosis. Most existing relevant studies focus on the predictive efficacy of single baseline detection indicators. Nevertheless, the dynamic changes of inflammatory biomarkers alongside treatment and disease progression can more intuitively reflect the pattern of disease progression and the body’s therapeutic response, thus possessing greater potential for clinical application. This paper systematically reviews the internal correlation between the dynamic fluctuation pattern of inflammatory biomarkers and the prognosis of patients with obstructive colorectal cancer, so as to provide evidence-based references for clinical stratified management and individualized diagnosis and treatment.
